colorFabb is a premium Dutch filament manufacturer based in Belfeld, Netherlands. They're known for pioneering specialty filaments — their woodFill and bronzeFill were among the first specialty filaments on the market. Their nGen line (based on Eastman Amphora copolyester) is one of the most respected PETG alternatives available.

Product Lines
colorFabb's PLA Economy line is their most accessible product, aimed at everyday printing. While still more expensive than budget Chinese brands, it offers the quality and consistency you'd expect from a European manufacturer. Available in a curated color range.
nGen is colorFabb's flagship material, based on Eastman Amphora AM3300 copolyester. It's an enhanced PETG with improved clarity, reduced stringing, and better layer adhesion. nGen HT adds higher heat resistance (up to 85C HDT) for functional applications.
If you've ever been frustrated by PETG stringing, nGen addresses exactly that issue. The Amphora base material flows more predictably than standard PETG, producing cleaner prints with less post-processing needed.
colorFabb's most distinctive products. woodFill contains real wood particles in a PLA base, producing prints with a genuine wood-like texture that can be sanded and stained. bronzeFill is loaded with real bronze powder, making prints surprisingly heavy with a metallic feel that can be polished to a shine.
These were among the first specialty filaments ever released and remain some of the best in their category. They're niche products for specific applications, but nothing else quite replicates the results.
colorFabb offers a range of engineering-grade materials including XT-CF20 (copolyester with 20% carbon fiber), PA (nylon), and other high-performance composites. These are serious engineering materials priced accordingly, targeting professional and industrial applications.
The XT-CF20 is one of the original carbon fiber filaments and still well-regarded for its combination of stiffness and print quality.
